Dave founded Modera Homes with a clear mission: to make high-quality, affordable homeownership accessible through smarter financing and a more transparent process. As the son of a veteran, he strongly believes that service members and veterans deserve the ability to use their VA benefits to purchase real housing—not be limited by outdated mobile home structures.
With years of experience in real estate and manufactured housing, Dave leads Modera’s customer sales and education process, guiding buyers step-by-step so they can make confident, informed decisions. His passion is rooted in helping families build long-term stability while strengthening the local community through quality housing.
Project Manager
Born and raised in Pickens County, Ben brings both local knowledge and leadership experience to Modera Homes. He is a U.S. military veteran who has served multiple tours overseas, and he now applies that same dedication and attention to detail to managing Modera’s land development projects.
Ben oversees the execution of site work, infrastructure, and development logistics—ensuring every property is prepared correctly, efficiently, and to standard before a home is ever placed.
Land Acquisition Specialist
Dave is constantly on the ground sourcing land opportunities that align with Modera’s mission. As our Land Acquisition Specialist, he works to identify, evaluate, and secure properties that give customers flexibility—allowing them to choose locations and lots that fit their lifestyle and needs.
His proactive approach ensures Modera maintains a strong pipeline of build-ready land, making the homebuying process simpler and more customizable for our customers.
