Dave founded Modera Homes to make high-quality homeownership attainable through smarter financing and a more transparent process — homes built to last, financed to grow equity. As the son of a veteran, he believes service members and veterans deserve to use their VA benefits on real housing: manufactured homes on permanent foundations that qualify for a true VA mortgage. He leads Modera’s sales and education, guiding buyers step by step to confident, informed decisions.

Born and raised in Pickens County, Ben pairs local knowledge with leadership honed on multiple military tours overseas. He oversees Modera’s site work, infrastructure, and development logistics — making sure every property is prepared correctly and efficiently before a home is ever set.

Dave sources the land behind every Modera package. He identifies and evaluates parcels that fit our mission — build-ready sites across the Upstate where a manufactured home can be placed on a permanent foundation and financed like any other home.
